Blind Review Policy

  • We are committed to timely evaluation and presentation/publication of fully approved papers at the ICNEET 2025. All submissions are subjected to a rigorous review procedure in order to maintain a high-quality publication. The following are the characteristics of the blind peer-review procedure:

  • Parallel submissions of the same Research Paper to a different Conference, Journals or Symposium will not be accepted.

  • Papers having content outside the scope will not be reviewed.

  • In accordance with ICNEET 2025 policy, submissions will be assessed by 3 experts as suggested by the organizing committee.

  • Presentation and publication related decision(s) are made by the Organizing Committee (ICNEET), based on the reports given by the experts. The authors of papers that are not approved will be notified promptly and the decision taken by the organizing committee ICNEET will be the final verdict.

  • All the submitted papers are considered confidential documents. We expect our Board of Reviewing Editors and reviewers to treat the papers as confidential matters as well.

  • Editors and Reviewers must ensure the papers meet all the mentioned requirements.

  • Editors and reviewers engaged in the review procedure must state any conflict of interest arising from direct competition, collaboration, or other ties with any of the authors, and should withdraw themselves from situations where such conflicts prevent objective evaluation. The utilization of privileged information or ideas received via peer review for competitive benefit is prohibited.

  • Review reports should be made available on request to the Managing Editor if required.

  • The identities of the reviewers cannot be disclosed, and the peer review procedure is confidential.

Papers conditionally accepted must be revised per reviewer feedback and resubmitted within the given timeframe. Final versions must include all formal documentation such as copyright and registration.

Authors will be notified of acceptance via the submission portal. Papers will be selected based on novelty, relevance, clarity, and scientific value. Minor revisions may be required and must be submitted within the deadline for final approval.

At least one author must register to ensure inclusion of the paper in the proceedings and presentation schedule. The registration fee includes the conference kit, presentation opportunity, participation certificate, and access to all sessions.

  • Before Review Decision: Papers can be withdrawn at any stage.
  • After Acceptance: Withdrawal will be allowed, but subject to the refund guidelines provided by the organizing committee.

All accepted papers must be presented during the conference. Standard presentation duration is 15 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A. While ICNEET-2025 is an offline event, online presentation requests may be considered upon valid justification and approval.

  • All participants will receive certificates of participation.
  • Presenters will receive additional presentation certificates.
  • Reviewers will be awarded digital certificates acknowledging their peer review efforts.

Final versions of accepted papers must be submitted by the deadline. Camera-ready submissions must strictly follow the formatting and publication guidelines shared by the organizing committee.

High-quality papers presented at ICNEET-2025 will be submitted to reputed publication partners for consideration. Publication is subject to meeting the criteria set by these journals or proceedings and may follow a separate peer review by the publisher. Publication schedules will depend on partner processing timelines.

This policy document ensures transparency and maintains the academic integrity of ICNEET-2025. Authors are requested to adhere to all instructions for a seamless and rewarding conference experience.
